What is the Hush Brush made from? 

Akita Co. products are proudly made using eco-friendly, natural raw materials such as wheat straw granules to form the Hush Brush™.

The Hush Brush™  is sustainable right from the start - from its materials to it’s packaging, we don’t skip a beat when it comes to what's important to us.

I have already paid for my items, however I have accidentally given the wrong address and need to change this? 

If you have supplied us with the wrong delivery address right after placing your order, it is your responsibility to please contact us as soon as possible to hello@akitaco.com.au with the correct delivery address and we will get back to you there! 
Unfortunately we cannot change your address once the order has been dispatched. 

Do you ship internationally

What happens if my parcel is lost or stolen?

Akita Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels during transit.
We encourage you to reach out to the shipping carrier directly if you have an issue with your parcel, with your tracking number as they will have the most up to date information and will provide you with the best assistance regarding this. Should you still require any further help, please reach out to us at hello@akitaco.com.au 


What is your refund policy? 

We are confident that you will absolutely love the Hush Brush™ as much as we do, however for any reason that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will honour a 7 day money-back guarantee from the date you received the items.

Do your products come with warranty? 

Akita Co. products are made using quality raw materials, making them very durable and resilient.  
All products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and faults. Each item is covered for 14 days from the date of you receiving your order, providing there is reasonable evidence of the defect or fault. 

Our guarantee does not cover improper handling, accidents or regular wear and tear of products over time after this period.
