If you place your order before 12pm (AEST) on a weekday it will be dispatched to you the next day. 

Australian Shipping Transit Time after your order has left our facility:

Australian Regular Postage (Auspost)
4-7 Business Days for metro areas, allow additional time for country/rural locations.

Australian Express Postage (Auspost)
2-3 Business Days for metro areas, allow additional time for country/rural locations.

Taxes & Duties
Some countries (such as those located in the United Kingdom or the European Union) charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. Akita Co. has no control over these fees and is not responsible for any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly.

It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, Akita Co. will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation which includes tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update once dispatched.

Please note Australia Post is currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19. However, not all orders are impacted. 
At Akita Co. we endeavour to ensure that your product arrives on time. However we cannot be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of a delay with Australia Post or any delay in providing us with an incorrect delivery address.
